- Young Adult Shelter Spokane: Shelter that also provides case management, housing and support services, employment support, family reunification
- Crosswalk Youth Shelter: Shelter for minors under 18. Provides wrap around services, education and employment support, health and wellness resources, housing resources, life skills training, and family reconciliation
- Odyssey Youth Movement: Community space for queer youth and young adults ages 12-24. Provides drop in hours, gender affirming care and clothing resources, inclusive school curriculum, mentorship, and community events.
- Spectrum Center Spokane: Strive to create virtual and in-person community spaces and support groups, build a culture of care, commit to advocacy and allyship, provide education and facilitation services to organizations/individuals, and fill gaps that arise through pop up events.
- Latinos en Spokane: supports citizen participation, integration, community development, and empowerment of the Latino population in Spokane.
- Trans Spokane: Trans-led social group for trans/gender expansive people in East WA & North ID. Hosts both in-person and virtual events.
- PFLAG Spokane: PFLAG facilitates separate monthly in-person and online support groups, as well as a weekly support group for parents and allies of transgender folks. They also provide periodic programs for special topics and events as well as education and advocacy.
Other Eastern WA:
Section titled “Other Eastern WA:”- Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho: Provides reproductive and gender affirming healthcare and mental health services. They also have a Family Planning Only (FPO) program that can provide free reproductive care to persons and families who are low income and uninsured.
- Youth Emergency Services of Pend Oreille County: Drop in center for youth and young adults ages 12-24. Provides wrap-around services including case management, weekly food bags, employment and education support, and has funding to pay for gender affirming clothing and mental health services.
- Inland Oasis:Though located in Moscow, ID, Inland Oasis serves all of the Palouse region including Whitman County. They provide support to their communities through educational, social, and health programming. Those services include The West Side Food Pantry, a community center, an emergency fund for those in immediate need, and social activities like drag bingo and game nights.
- Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse: Located in Whitman County, they work to empower individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse, and stalking. Services include 24-hour telephone or in-person crisis intervention; emergency, confidential shelter; legal and medical advocacy; individual and group support; information and referral; and community education
